For many Rostock Business employees, ChatGPT was still a very new topic in 2023. There was a great need for information about how voice AI works and how it can be used, combined with uncertainties about possible applications, how it works and data protection.

Nursing staff are faced with the challenge of knowing and being able to apply an enormous amount of guidelines - many of which are over a hundred pages long. A manual review in real time is almost impossible to implement in day-to-day care, especially under time pressure.
Together with the Care Compass team, we developed an AI-supported chatbot that can access the content of the guidelines and make them understandable in context:

DrehPunkt offers its customers comprehensive expert software "rotorsoft" - developed for the technical management of renewable energy systems. There is an extensive knowledge base for this, which users can use to answer many questions themselves. In practice, however, it became clear that the large number of articles and pages often made it difficult to find the right information quickly - especially for less tech-savvy users.
Together with DrehPunkt, we have developed a prototype for an AI-supported chatbot that taps into the existing knowledge base and could be integrated into the end user app in the future. The idea:
